Within the larger journey of a person’s life, professional and personal discoveries are critical to setting the course. Coaching includes clarifying the present and defining the desired future as well as developing a plan to reach chosen goals.

Why Coaching?

The requirement to make decisions in uncertain situations is increasing as organizations get leaner and individuals are expected to fill larger roles. Coaches help their clients set value-based goals supported by structures and strategies in order to reach goals quickly with minimal stress. Knowing that these realities are interwoven into professional and personal relationships, the coach becomes a collaborative partner for navigating both daily opportunities and challenges, as well as medium and long term decisions and strategies.

Originating from New Zealand, I combine a Kiwi can-do attitude with powerful coaching tools to cultivate vision, performance and transformation. My life experiences, growth and development through adversity, inspire my clients and inform my coaching.

With access to a wide range of tools to help you find perspective, including DiSC®, other Wiley products, Tom Crane’s Transformational Coaching Model and Personal Visioning™, I can personalize your coaching experience to help align your actions with your deepest values. I see your challenges as only hurdles on the path to victory.

My rates for executive coaching start at 6,000 AED ($1,800 USD) per day. I offer multi-day and half-day packages. In some cases, it is possible to divide coaching time between participants at the same location.
